Springvale EPS Ltd takes great pride in meeting our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. In order to constantly improve our performance we have developed a customer charter.
Customer charter
Orders placed before 2pm on any working day are to be delivered within 48 hours.
This is applicable to all orders of standard products over 20 cubic metres.
Results
Measuring against our Customer Charter, at present, 97% of deliveries are on time and in full.
In normal circumstances even unusual products, such as very high-density grades, will be delivered within 5 days.
NBG Award
In 2004 Springvale were named 1st runner-up in the NBG National Supplier of the Year Award. The Chairman of the National Buying Group praised Springvale for excellence in all areas, from sales order processing, through to delivery and invoicing.
